Our Account Managers will have the skills to secure deals, create and nurturing business relationships with some of the world's leading companies. You will able to help clients understand why we are different from the competition and to build and maintain a strong relationship with them. As Account Managers you will share responsibility for driving the continuous success of Infobip. You will have a direct impact on how our business moves and succeeds by helping existing clients grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts in order to maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing customers and engaging in cross- and up-selling activities.
  • Supporting the sales team in generating new businesses by analyzing competitors and market intelligence activities.
  • Consulting our clients on the best way of using our products and solutions, taking into account cost-benefit efficiency and increased revenue, while also engaging in other business ventures.

Desired skills and experience:

  • +3 years of experience in client communication (preferably in IT sphere).
  • High level verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish. 
  • Excellent written communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality.
  • You have great listening skills, being able to quickly identify clients’ pain points.
  • You prefer collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
