An Account Manager will have the opportunity to work with big accounts operating on a global scale. Our best account managers are excellent communicators with amazing analytical skills which allow them to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of an Account Manager are:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts in order to maintain good relationships with clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing customers and engaging in cross- and up-selling activities.
- Supporting the sales team in generating new businesses by analyzing competitors and market intelligence activities.
- Consulting our clients on the best way of using our products and solutions, taking into account cost-benefit efficiency and increased revenue, while also engaging in other business ventures.
The key qualities and skills that we look for in our Account Managers are:
- 2-6 years of experience in client communication.
- Educational requirements - Any Graduate with relevant experience. Preferably in IT, Telecom, Business or other related studies.
- Excellent written communication skills - high-level literacy, using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic.
- Having a can-do attitude – track record of adroitness and confidence in the face of challenges.
- Well-mannered and easily-expressed in live communication with clients.
- Able to build strong long-term relationships with customers, is the ‘go-to’ person for customers he/she is responsible for.
- Takes a strong stand on important values and principles and defends his/her beliefs, having the good interests of Infobip in mind.
- IT or Telecom background is an advantage.
