Responsibilities:

  • Develop a healthy pipeline of accounts and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and bring new business revenue in the CIS region.
  • Network and build relationships with target accounts in order to understand key decision makers, and how we can help them evolve their business.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team of colleagues to develop effective solutions and close the deal for all potential clients and drive their execution.
  • Ensure achievements of company sales and distribution objectives.
  • Analysis of competitors and market intelligence activities.
  • Management of the entire sales process.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Marketing or IT fields.
  • Experience in sales of banking/telecommunications/insurance services is a plus.
  • Written and spoken fluency in both Russian and English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
