About the role

  • Responsible for insuring Infobip's’s recruitment demand, philosophy, strategies, programs & processes are executed for the APAC region.
  • Responsible in mining the Internet and building target lists and profiles of key external talent.
  • Assesses critical demand profiles with the team.  
  • Executes long & short term approaches to building external & internal talent pipelines
  • Provides oversight for the role & responsibility of each hiring demand.
  • Consults with managers and internal team on the hiring process and develops a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates.
  • Maintains ongoing relationships with the team.
  • Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes. 
  • Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities.  
  • Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source top qualified candidates.
  • Identifies key strategic sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of labour market, competition and external talent.
  • Proactively identifies and recruits passive internal & external job seekers; maintains long-term relationships with job seekers.
  • Maintains breadth of knowledge about external sourcing trends that impact staffing strategies (competitors, law).
  • Maximizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs, thereby reducing time/cost to hire, and increasing quality of candidates and employee engagement.
  • Develops and maintains effective networks (e.g. job fairs, on campus, at events including conferences and trade-shows) to maximize visibility and attract top quality candidates.
  • Act as the Country Employer Branding Lead to ensure Brand compliance in all staffing activities at country level.
  • Be the moderator for social media.
  • Monitor region Job boards trending usage and ensure sufficient credits available.

Requirement and Qualification

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • A person whom is passionate with recruitment and branding activities.
  • At least 5 year of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Able to work independently and proactive.
  • Strong desire to be a part of start-up/ high growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, results-orientated culture.
