Their client portfolio and experience is outstanding, as they have already delivered over 5,000 campaigns for hundreds of different brands. However, with the company currently reaching over 400 million customers worldwide, they needed an automated SMS solution for handling their promotional coupons.

With a complete back-end tool for automated verification of their promotional coupon campaigns, the marketing agency can rest easy knowing the power of the Infobip platform is able to handle all resulting information, streamlining the entire process for TLC. Now, customers retrieving promotional coupons from various products can easily send them to a dedicated SMS short code and get all the messages verified automatically by our platform.

We started doing work with Infobip in May 2014 on 3 campaigns which ran smoothly and are continuing to do so. Infobip introduced a short code system that helped us work faster and smarter. With their advanced technology, we are able to automatically plug information into the Infobip back-end system so that it can validate entries within seconds.

Premium SMS campaigns, which have been running in some of South Africa’s largest retail chains, have proven that our premium SMS is a very convenient method for end-users to understand and use, which is a key benefit for our clients. In addition to that, we have also developed a marketing-oriented USSD system that will allow TLC Marketing to provide fully-featured service to their clients.

We have yet to explore Infobip’s USSD system, which will be used in our upcoming big campaigns.
