But sometimes customers forget those cards or don\u2019t store them on their phones, potentially leading to lost sales and customer dissatisfaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A temporary store card on WhatsApp&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can amend that by <strong>issuing a temporary store card and sending it to the forgetful customer via WhatsApp<\/strong>, ensuring sales continuity and enhancing customer satisfaction.&nbsp;This can be done by integrating  Infobip services with your CRM. Your customer simply requests a temporary card from the staff, who can easily generate it and send it to the phone number in their system via WhatsApp.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Requirements&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infobip requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infobip Account: <\/strong>Sign up for an Infobip account if you don&#8217;t already have one. This way you will have access to Infobip&#8217;s services, Infobip API and a user-friendly no-code interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>WhatsApp Business Account:<\/strong> Set up a WhatsApp Business Account if you haven&#8217;t already. Infobip Integration: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infobip.com\/docs\/api#channels\/whatsapp\">Infobip API for WhatsApp<\/a>&nbsp;to use WhatsApp as your communication channel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infobip.com\/docs\/api#authentication\">Authentication guide<\/a>&nbsp;to secure your connection with Infobip.&nbsp;To make sure that your incoming traffic is connected to your API, follow the instructions in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infobip.com\/docs\/whatsapp\/manage-connection#edit-configuration-manage-senders\">Edit Configuration<\/a>&nbsp;section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. CRM Integration&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integrate Infobip API with your existing CRM system. You can save time and browse our Exchange platform to explore existing out-of-the-box\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/partners.infobip.com\/platforms\">integrations on our Exchange platform<\/a> that will help you connect with the most widely used CRM systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Temporary Store Card Generation&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the CRM data,  develop a script that generates temporary store cards with unique QR codes for each customer.
