Before Getting Started
Before you can get started with Answers and signup you'll need to log in or create an Infobip account.
Alternatively, you can select Answers from the product webpage and complete account registration there.
You'll then be able to use the self-service to set up your Answers solution. Or you can try the free trial.
Use the self-service signup in the web interface to get up and running with Answers. Once logged in, go to the Answers module and select Buy Answers, or use the Try Free option to check it out before purchasing.
Continue to the section below if you have opted-in to the free trial first.
You will be fully guided through the self signup process on screen. Any information required will be requested during signup.
During signup, you will need to assign individual user roles for your Answers users.
Your free trial will end after you have exceeded the 500 sessions included. You'll then need to upgrade to the Answers Starter or Enterprise plan.
The free trial pack contains all functionality in the Enterprise package.
The Starter plan allows you to use Answers if you are a smaller business and only require one chatbot. The following limitations apply for the starter pack:
- Single chatbot
- 30,000 sessions (additional can be purchased)
- Single channel, email, or live chat
- AI engine not supported
- Starter analytics
- Code editor not supported
You can upgrade at any time to the Enterprise package to use Answers without any limitations directly from within the web interface.
The Enterprise plan includes the full suite of intent-based and AI engine-powered chatbots. There are no limitations on sessions, the number of chatbots, or channels. You'll also have access to the code editor and enterprise-level analytics.
