Elements are the building blocks of dialogs in Chatbots. Each element performs a specific action or handles a specific interaction within a dialog. Add elements to dialogs by dragging and dropping them from the element panel on the left side of the chatbot editor.

Elements are organized into the following categories:

- **Chatbot sends**: Elements for messages sent by the chatbot to the end user
- **Chatbot receives**: Elements for receiving input from the end user
- **Chatbot actions**: Elements for performing actions within the chatbot flow

API, Code, Conditions, Webhook, To Agent, and other action and logic elements available across all channels.

Channel elements

Message elements specific to each channel: WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Live Chat, Messenger, and more.
