## Validate and troubleshoot [#validate-troubleshoot]

Use validation tools to identify configuration issues in the journey.

### Validate the journey [#validate-journey]

Select **Validate** to [run journey validation](https://www.infobip.com/docs/automation-studio/journeys/manage-journeys/create-journey#validate-create).

### View a list of errors in the journey [#view-errors]

Select **Errors** to display a list of issues.

Errors are grouped into the following categories:
  - **Journey elements**: Errors related to specific elements.
  - **Campaign**: Errors that could prevent the campaign from running.
  - **Journey structure**: Errors related to the journey flow.

### View errors in a journey element [#view-element-errors]

Elements with errors display an error icon on the canvas.
Select the element to view error details in the Build side panel.

### Debug to view element ID [#debug-id]

Select **Debug** in the footer to display element IDs.
Copy the ID as needed.

Specify a unique name for the journey.

To save the journey as a reusable [template](https://www.infobip.com/docs/automation-studio/journeys/templates):
1. Select the three-dot menu in the footer.
2. Select **Save as template**.

### Duplicate the journey [#duplicate-journey]

1. Select the three-dot menu in the footer.
2. Select **Duplicate**.

### Delete the journey [#delete-journey]

1. Select the three-dot menu in the footer.
2. Select **Delete**.
