You can define the list of recipients that want to stop receiving communications manually. This option allows you to manage ad hoc additions and time-critical changes.

## Manually manage blocklist over API

You can manage the Blocklist over the Blocklist API. For more information, see the [Blocklist API](https://www.infobip.com/docs/api/platform/blocklist) documentation.

Use the Blocklist API to ensure that no communication is sent to recipients who have opted out of your communication campaigns. You are able to programmatically manage and track the list of recipients who want to stop receiving communication from your company.
