Before Getting Started
Before you can get started with setting up Conversations per your preferences, there are some prerequisites that you need to complete first:
Create an Infobip account.
No credit card information is needed. Please read our Service Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice before you proceed. Note that you can also create an Infobip account by using your Google or GitHub account.
Enable Conversations for your account. To enable this solution, contact our Sales team or your dedicated Account Manager.
Enable the communication channels that you want to use with Conversations (note that Live Chat is available by default).
Alternatively, you can use the Conversations product webpage and complete your registration there.
Use the Infobip web interface to sign up for self-service in Conversations.
After you have logged in to your account, go to the Conversations module on the left-side menu and select Buy Conversations, or use the Try Free option to check out the solution before you decide to purchase it.

A step-by-step guide will navigate you through all the features the Conversations product offers (if there are any fields that are locked, you will have to complete the previous section to advance).
During the free trial, you get all the Conversations features that are available in the Enterprise plan (details below).
After your free trial ends, you can decide on the suitable plan you wish to purchase. Details on each plan are available below.
Please bear in mind that you need to have a minimum of 10 agents to be able to use any of the product plans. If needed, you can purchase additional agents on top.
