# Customer engagement with X

The **X concept** is designed to enable platforms to integrate our customer engagement solutions, such as Conversations, Answers, and Moments, with minimal effort, making it easier to scale.

**Customer engagement with X** is not a new product but an enhanced platform that is more **scalable** and **modular** for diverse customer needs.

It is fully aligned with the [**CPaaS X concept**](https://www.infobip.com/docs/cpaas-x), and follows the same setup principles:

- A platform operates with a **single account**, managing all its clients independently via API.
- **Applications and entities** can be created and assigned to API keys just as they are in CPaaS X, either through:

Customers often face common issues such as:
