When you open a company profile from the [companies list](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/companies/companies-list), the information is organized into two tabs that provide a complete view of the company data and associated persons:

- **[Overview](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/companies/company-profile-details#overview)**
- **[Persons](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/companies/company-profile-details#persons)**

___

## Overview

The **Overview** tab displays all company profile information including basic business data, identifiers, [tags](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/tags), websites, and [custom attributes](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/configuration/company-custom-attributes).

## Company IDs
**Company IDs** are company identifiers used for synchronization with external systems.

These identifiers cannot be changed after creation.

### Assigned tags [#assigned-tags-overview]

**Tags** categorize companies by interest or characteristics. Each person associated with the company automatically receives these tags.

For example, if a company uses a specific service, you can add a tag with the service name. All persons in that company inherit this tag automatically.

Tags can be created, added, or removed from the main **Companies** page or from the company **Overview** tab.

For more information, see [Tags](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/tags).

### System fields [#system-fields-overview]

**System fields** show who created the company profile and when, as well as who last modified it and when.

### Domains [#domains-overview]

**Company website domains** help identify and associate persons with the company. You can add one or more company websites.

#### Domain uniqueness

- Each domain can be associated with only **one** company
- You **cannot** use the **same** domain for **multiple** companies
- If a person has an email domain that does not exist in the company profile, you can still add them to the company **manually**

### Custom attributes [#custom-attributes-overview]

**Custom attributes** store company-specific information for personalized communication and segmentation.

To create custom attributes for companies:

1. Go to **Customer Profiles** → **Configuration** → **Company custom attributes**.

For more information, see [Company custom attributes](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/configuration/company-custom-attributes).
