# Filter persons

EARLY ACCESS

On the left side of the Persons page, you can filter profiles using the following options:

- **Person type**: Customer, lead, or agent. Learn more about [person types](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/persons/person-types).
- **Channels**: Communication channels associated with the profile
- **Tags**: Assigned [tags](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/tags)
- **Gender**: Female or male
- **Country**: Geographic location
- **City**: City location
- **Address**: Street address
- **Source**: Origin of the profile

Filtered results appear in the [persons list](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/persons/persons-list) where you can view profile summaries and access [individual profile details](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/persons/person-profile-details).

## Advanced filters

**Advanced filters** help create precise audience [segments](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/segments) for targeted communication. After applying filters, you can [export](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/persons/export-person-profiles) the filtered profiles or add them to campaigns.

Select **Advanced filters** to match profiles based on:

- **Attribute**: Custom attributes assigned to profiles
- **Event**: Specific events tracked for profiles
