EARLY ACCESS

**Segments** create dynamic lists of [person profiles](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/persons) based on any attribute or behavior. Segment membership changes over time as person profiles start and stop meeting the segment conditions.

You can create segments based on one or more of the following:

- **Attributes** - Profile attributes (example: City attribute to send offers to people in a specific city)
- **[Events](https://www.infobip.com/docs/customer-profiles/events)** - Activity associated with profiles (example: Item viewed event to send follow-up messages to people who viewed a specific item)

To access segments, go to **Customer Profiles** → **Segments**.
