Failed messages resend
If some of your messages failed due to insufficient credit and you still want them delivered, our Support team can resend them. This is possible for messages not terminated more than 48 hours ago.
To request this, submit all details about the messages you want to resend, including account details like username or account ID, time period, and status, to our Support team.
Ensure your account manager is informed by including them in the email (for example, using "cc") so they are aware of your request.
