## Products

Use **products** to communicate with customers and build on the platform. They are grouped by what you want to do: send messages, make calls, engage customers, verify users, connect your tools, and work with AI agents.

### Send messages [#send-messages]

Send over one channel or several. Use these products:

| Product | What it does |
| --- | --- |

| [Messages API](https://www.infobip.com/docs/messages-api) | One API that sends across channels, with failover and format adaptation for each channel. |
| [SDKs](https://www.infobip.com/docs/developer-resources/developer-tools/sdks) | Client libraries for the APIs, in several programming languages. |
| [Broadcast](https://www.infobip.com/docs/broadcast) | Campaigns from the web interface, without code. |

[Smart Messaging](https://www.infobip.com/smart-messaging) elects a channel for each message based on your goals. Your account manager helps you configure it. It works with messages sent through the Channel API or Messages API.

| [IVR](https://www.infobip.com/docs/voice-and-video/interactive-voice-response-ivr) | Route callers with interactive voice menus. |
| [Click-to-Call](https://www.infobip.com/docs/voice-and-video/click-to-call) | Start a voice call from an app or website, without dialing. |

### Verify users and prevent fraud [#verify-users-and-prevent-fraud]

Confirm that users are who they say they are, and screen traffic for fraud before you send. Use these products:

| [Signals](https://www.infobip.com/docs/signals) | Detect and block SMS pumping fraud, where fraudsters generate artificial SMS traffic, with a risk score for each message. |

### Connect your tools and add apps [#connect-your-tools-and-add-apps]

Connect the platform to the tools you already use, or add apps built by partners. Use these products:

| Product | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| [Exchange](https://www.infobip.com/docs/exchange-marketplace) | Enable ready-made apps from the Exchange Marketplace, or build and publish your own. |
| [Integrations](https://www.infobip.com/docs/integrations) | Use the platform from tools you already use, such as Salesforce and HubSpot. |

To build an Exchange app or an integration for Infobip customers, see [Build for the Infobip ecosystem](https://www.infobip.com/docs/get-started/explore/build-for-the-ecosystem).

### Work with AI agents [#work-with-ai-agents]

Connect an AI tool or agent to the APIs, so it can do anything from sending messages to registering senders. Use these products:

| --- | --- |
| [MCP servers](https://www.infobip.com/docs/developer-resources/developer-tools/mcp-servers) | Connect AI tools and agents to the platform. |

| [Message MCP](https://github.com/infobip/mcp) (Early Access) | Send text, image, or file messages across SMS, RCS, MMS, and Viber from an AI agent, in one step. |
| [Observe MCP](https://www.infobip.com/docs/mcp/observe-mcp) (Early Access) | Ask an AI agent about your traffic metrics, billing usage, message logs, and error codes, to understand traffic, performance, and cost. |

## Platform tools

### Analyze traffic and delivery [#analyze-traffic-and-delivery]

See what happened after you send: delivery, traffic, and cost. Use these tools:

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| [Dashboards](https://www.infobip.com/docs/reporting/dashboards/analyze-dashboard) | Delivery and engagement trends for each channel, in the web interface. |
| [Reports](https://www.infobip.com/docs/reporting) | Scheduled and on-demand exports. Some have one row per message, and others group data, for example delivery, cost, or traffic by channel or sender. |
| [Message logs](https://www.infobip.com/docs/reporting/message-logs) | Each message with its status and details, in the web interface. |
| [Metrics API](https://www.infobip.com/docs/reporting/metrics-api) | Performance data for your own systems. |
| [Billing Usage API](https://www.infobip.com/docs/reporting/billing-usage-api) | Cost data for your own systems. |

These tools are available to every account, including accounts without AgentOS. They are separate from the AgentOS Insights and Analytics product.

### Protect delivery and reputation [#protect-delivery-and-reputation]

Check numbers before you send, and respect opt-outs, so you do not send to numbers that are invalid, unreachable, or opted out. Use these tools:

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| [Number Lookup](https://www.infobip.com/docs/number-lookup) | Check whether a number is valid, active, and reachable. |
| [Blocklist](https://www.infobip.com/docs/blocklist) | Manage opt-outs and stop sending to numbers that opted out. |
| [Number Activation State](https://www.infobip.com/docs/number-activation-state) | Track deactivated and ported numbers. |

### Provision resources [#provision-resources]

Get and manage your resources, the senders and numbers you send from, and complete registration where a market requires it. Use these tools:

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| [Resources and numbers](https://www.infobip.com/docs/resources-and-numbers) | Request and manage phone numbers, alphanumeric senders, email domains, RCS senders, and senders for other channels in the web interface. You can also request most of them through the API. |
| [US sender registration](https://www.infobip.com/docs/usa-sender-registration) | Register brands and campaigns for US messaging (10DLC, toll-free, and short codes) before you send, in the web interface or through the API. |

### Receive events and messages [#receive-events-and-messages]

Get delivery reports, inbound messages, and clicks back from the platform at your own endpoint, so you do not need to poll for updates. Use these tools:

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| [Webhooks](https://www.infobip.com/docs/developer-resources/api-fundamentals/webhooks) | Receive events at your endpoint. For a single message, set the endpoint in the request. |
| [Webhook subscriptions](https://www.infobip.com/docs/subscriptions) | Set up once for each channel which events you receive and where, in the web interface or through the API. |

To read and reply to inbound messages without building an endpoint, use an AgentOS product such as Inbox.
