## AI analysis

Use AI to detect topics, evaluate interaction outcomes, and generate summaries from customer interactions.

To enable AI analysis, turn on the toggle in the upper right corner.

### Data processing

When AI analysis is turned off, interaction data is not processed by AI models. You can turn AI analysis back on at any time to enable AI-powered insights.

When AI analysis is disabled, the following applies:

- New interactions are not analyzed
- Topic detection, interaction outcome evaluation, and interaction summaries are unavailable
- Analytics may be incomplete for this period
