# Logs

Logs provide a step-by-step view of what happened during your automation, from when a journey starts through each message, chatbot interaction, AI agent response, and conversation handoff, to the end.

Each action is recorded as a timestamped event, so you can see what happened, when, and for which customer.

Go to Insights and Analytics → Logs to access logs.

## Interaction logs

[Interaction logs](https://www.infobip.com/docs/insights-and-analytics/logs/interaction-logs) provide comprehensive tracking of customer interactions across all touchpoints. Track every step of your customer journeys, chatbot sessions, AI agent interactions, conversations, and message delivery events.

Use Interaction logs to:

- Troubleshoot journey execution and automation flows
- Trace customer progression through journey elements
- Monitor chatbot dialogues and AI agent responses
- Review conversation events and agent activities
- Validate message delivery status across channels
- Investigate errors and unexpected behavior
- Provide audit trails for compliance purposes
