## Dashboard structure

The dashboard is organized into the following sections, from top to bottom. For metric definitions, see [Metrics](https://www.infobip.com/docs/reporting/report-types/signals-reports#metrics-report-structure-and-grouping-logic) in Signals reports.

| Section | What it shows | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| General overview | Total attempted traffic, blocked traffic, blocked traffic rate, and estimated savings for the selected period | Each value shows the percentage change from the previous calendar month, followed by the previous month value. Hover over the previous value to see the exact period. |
| Total attempted traffic vs blocked traffic | Chart of attempted and blocked traffic for the selected month, with totals and percentages for each | Use the **Day** list on the chart to show data by day, week, or month. Select **Download data** to export the chart data as a spreadsheet (.xlsx) or plain text (.csv) file. |
| Blocked traffic by channel | Attempted traffic, blocked traffic, blocked traffic rate, and estimated savings for each channel | - |
| Blocked traffic by entity | The same metrics for each CPaaS X entity | Traffic without an entity appears as **Not specified** |
| Blocked traffic by application | The same metrics for each CPaaS X application | Traffic without a specific application appears under **default** |
| Blocked traffic by account | The same metrics for each Signals-enabled account in your hierarchy | Sub-accounts see only their own account |
| Blocked traffic by country and network | Attempted traffic, blocked traffic, and estimated savings for each destination country | Expand a country to see its networks. Traffic without a resolved country appears as **Not specified**. |

Select a column header in any breakdown table to sort the table by that column.
