Send SMS over Flow

If you need to interact with your customers or automatize their journey, use Flow.

One of the actions you can set up in Flow is to send an SMS message to your users.

  1. Navigate to the Communicate module > CREATE FLOW > Start from Scratch > One-time audience.
  2. Add the SMS message element, select your sender and edit the message content.

Once the flow is launched, statistics of messages that are sent can be tracked on a global level or for each specific action in that flow.

Receive SMS over Flow

One of the actions you can use in Flow is to receive an SMS message from your users. Once the message is received, you can decide what to do next based on the answer (keyword) the user sent within the message. 

Add the Evaluate Inbound Message element action and select SMS as a channel. 

When a specific user advances to the Evaluate Inbound Message action, Flow will wait until it receives an Inbound SMS message to the specified number from that specific user. Unless you specify the wait time, Flow will wait for the Inbound SMS message indefinitely or until you stop it manually.
