# TikTok

TikTok Business Messaging enables one-to-one conversations between a TikTok user and a TikTok Business Account. With Infobip, you can manage these conversations programmatically, receive inbound messages through webhooks, reply to users using APIs, and track message delivery and seen events.

IMPORTANT  
TikTok conversations must always be initiated by the user. Once a user sends a message to your business on TikTok, you can continue the conversation by replying through Infobip.

TikTok Business Messaging availability depends on the region where your TikTok Business Account is registered.

At this time, TikTok Business Messaging through Infobip is **not available** for Business Accounts registered in the following regions:
- **United States**
- **European Economic Area (EEA)**
- **Switzerland**
- **United Kingdom**
