Before getting started, you need an Infobip account to start setting up your voice solution. Please log in or register for an account to continue setup.
If you already have an account and our other solutions, please contact your dedicated Account Manager to enable different Voice and Video capabilities based on your specific needs.
Use the free trial to explore what the Infobip platform has to offer as a ready-to-go setup. Voice is one of the communication channels which has 30 voice calls for free within the free trial period.
- Voice calls in the trial period can be directed only to a mobile phone number you verified during the signup process.
- The trial is valid until you spend all of your free units.
- For self-service customers, the currency can`t be changed.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL?
In the signup process, you will need to verify your email and phone number. You don`t need a credit card to create an account and start testing. If your country is not available on the drop-down list, contact Sales for more information.
Voice for self-sign up users is available in: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Romania, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

Numbers and Senders
You select a phone number to be used as the caller ID. However, how that number will be displayed on the end-users's phone depends on voice connection capabilities. This means the caller ID value might change. To receive a call from a landline or a mobile phone on your platform, use voice numbers. You can buy them from Infobip and use them to set up forwarding calls to your business platform. Refer to Voice Numbers for more details.
Initiate Outbound Calls
During the free trial, you will be able to send Voice messages using Broadcast using the web interface or Voice messages API.
You can also integrate using SIP Trunking. This will allow you to initiate calls from your side and our platform will connect the calls from your end users (their mobile or landline phones).
Receive Inbound Calls
Purchase one of the available Voice numbers and receive inbound calls. There are multiple ways to set up an inbound call forwarding towards you. Refer to Set Up Inbound Calls for more information about available configurations.
