To use any Infobip product, you need to sign up for a free account. See: Create an Account for more details.
If you already have an account and our other solutions, please contact your dedicated Account Manager to enable different Voice and Video capabilities based on your specific needs.
Free trial
Once you create an account, you are automatically enrolled in a free trial until you run out of allocated free credits.
Here are some specific details for Voice and Video to keep in mind while in free trial:
- You have a maximum of 30 voice calls.
- Voice calls in the trial period can be directed only to a mobile phone number you verified during the signup process.
- Voice calls in the trial period are limited to a 5-minute call duration
- Voice channel is available in more than 200 countries worldwide. Check out the list of supported countries.
If you are interested in one of the unsupported countries, contact Sales and we will help you with that.
Upgrade to a paying account
At any time, you can decide to finish the free trial and upgrade your account. Use the UPGRADE OPTIONS button on the Home page to view available billing options.
Numbers and Senders
You select a phone number to be used as the caller ID. However, how that number will be displayed on the end-users's phone depends on voice connection capabilities. This means the caller ID value might change. To receive a call from a landline or a mobile phone on your platform, use voice numbers. You can buy them from Infobip and use them to set up forwarding calls to your business platform.

Initiate Outbound Calls
You can send Voice messages using our web interface where you can access the Broadcast app or through the Voice messages API.
You can also integrate using SIP Trunking. This will allow you to initiate calls from your side and our platform will connect the calls from your end users (their mobile or landline phones).
Outbound voice calls for self-signup users are available in 215 countries.
Receive Inbound Calls
Purchase one of the available Voice numbers and receive inbound calls. There are multiple ways to set up an inbound call forwarding towards you. Refer to Set Up Inbound Calls for more information about available configurations.
Inbound voice calls for self-signup users are available in 30 countries worldwide.
