We’re delighted to announce Infobip has partnered with renowned helpdesk services provider Zendesk to integrate our global messaging services into Zendesk’s customer services platform. Now Zendesk users from all over the world can receive customer service notifications via SMS delivered by our global network covering over 190 countries. The new Infobip app can be found in Zendesk’s market place and helps companies reach their customers and agents with important information, such as alerts about a new ticket for customer service agents, or real-time ticket status updates for customers.
