Mobile Asia Expo preview
Mobile Asia Expo is the successor to the Mobile Asia Congress events, where Infobip has been a regular exhibitor in both Macao and Hong Kong. We're continuing our presence at the region's premier mobile event with a stand at this year's inaugural edition in Shanghai.
The importance of the Asia-Pacific market in global telecoms is much more than the large user base; it's the manufacturing centre of the world and economic superpowers such as China, Korea and Japan are closely followed by Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and other emerging countries. This offers many opportunities for mobile services providers, from mobile apps and content, to mobile financial services and the ever-present SMS. It's no surprise that one of our first major overseas offices was Kuala Lumpur back in 2009.
We're excited about the new format of this GSMA event, as well as about the new venue. Moving the event to mainland China is a step in the right direction in opening up this huge market, and Shanghai as the country's business capital is the best place for it. Our APAC specialists from the Kuala Lumpur office will be reinforced by the C-level executives who never miss out on these events and the opportunity to meet existing and prospective clients. The show itself is guaranteed to be exciting and interesting, with exhibitors, delegates and speakers from the telecoms and mobile sectors, but also financial, automotive and manufacturing industries. What better proof do we need to say that the future is already here and it's mobile?
From 20-22 June in Shanghai's New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), you'll find us at stand N1.E75 – join us and find our more about our mobile banking and Centili m-payments systems, network monitoring and management solutions, but also the staple of telecommunications for years to come – SMS. We're looking forward to meeting you in Shanghai!
