Infobip led the Omnichannel Customer Experience for Maximizing Business Growth event on 27th September 2022 at The Westin Dhaka, in association with Think Art. 

More than 100+ distinguished speakers, presenters, panelists, customers, partners, and delegates from Bangladesh across industries were part of the event.

The session started with a stellar opening note by Shankar Iyer on what it takes to deliver excellent CX through digitization. His quote, “If business were an Olympic sport, CX would be Gymnastics” resonated with the brands that they should show flexibility through an omnichannel strategy to build customer loyalty, reduce cost, and boost sales.

Following that, Khurshed Alam – LankaBangla Finance Limited and Fahim Mashroor – Bdjobs.com participated in a fireside chat on Customer Retention through CX, led by Infobip’s Soumyadeep Bhattacharyya.

Next up, Faisal Alim – Wintel Limited and MD ANISUR Rahman – Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited participated in a Customer-Partner talk on Benefits through Collaboration led by Shoubhik Das. We also had a product demonstration on Infobip’s solutions around Connected Customer Experience with Cloud Contact Center and AI Chatbot by Md Arif Hossain.

The event concluded with a thought-provoking panel discussion on Reimagining Automation Driven Friction Free Customer Journey, led by Sandesh Sarang. The discussion featured distinguished industry speakers, including Sheikh Aminur Rahman – Nagad, Arfanul Hoque – Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Ltd.) and Sk Sunjur Ahmed – BRAC Bank Limited.
