Infobip renews PCI DSS certification

We have renewed our PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance certification until May 20, 2017. This renewal serves as a continuation of the company’s SSMS service compliance with the stringent data security standards set by the payment card industry for handling sensitive financial information.

First obtained in February 2014 following an extensive examination of the Infobip platform by the independent QSA organization NTT Security, Infobip was found to comply with all 12 PCI DSS security requirements. 

All messages sent through our SSMS platform are delivered directly to a trusted telecommunication operator, through a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant communication channel. This enables our platform to send secure banking PINs and other data without intermediaries, providing ironclad end-to-end security.

By working closely with financial institutions and banks, we’re processing over 6BN monthly transactions under heavily-scrutinized standards to provide top level of security and reliability for all our services. Our VPN tunnelling, data masking, encryption and geo-redundancy result in complete protection of data flowing through the Infobip platform.
