Infobip was the Title Partner at the Programic Asia’s 5th CX Matters

Infobip was the Title Partner at the 5th CXMatters which took place on August 26th at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram. A one-day summit provided valuable insights on CX Strategies and actionable advice to drive better business results. The event featured about 120 CX, Digital Communications and Executive Leaders from several industries.

From Infobip, Sandesh Sarang led a keynote session about how brands can unlock the potential of WhatsApp Business Platform with Infobip. As part of his presentation,  Abhilekh Kumar (Director of Business Development – India & South Asia, Uber) and Swati Mishra (Partnerships Manager, WhatsApp) joined him for an engaging fireside chat on the growth of CX mandate. One of the key points discussed was ‘Brands needs to be present where their customers are, to provide frictionless experience throughout their journey’.

Following this, Aakash Kumar participated in a panel discussion titled ‘Reimagining CX and making way in the Metaverse’, alongside industry leaders including Yogesh Mittal (Rio Tinto), Pramod Mundra (Havells India), Pranshu Rastogi (Jubilant Foodworks), Piyush Jain (Policy Bazaar) and Puneet Malhotra (Lenskart). Aakash shared his thoughts on how the changing trends in customer communication (B2C) are laying the groundwork for the metaverse.

Infobip also conducted a hi-tea session for 10-12 key delegates led by Soumyadeep Bhattacharyya from our side and Swati Mishra of WhatsApp, highlighting the importance of WhatsApp Business Platform for elevating CX. 

We also set up an interactive booth at the conference. Tanmay Middha, Manish Kumar, Satnam Dharwal, Amandeep Sahni, Shradha Thapa, Aravindan Somasundaram, Faisal Wahedi, Sudhish Sitaram, and Aradhana Agrawal were present to foster effective networking with the partners, customers, and attendees and to facilitate on-site event coordination.
