With simplicity in mind, we worked on the basic features that will allow users to effortlessly access their accounts. Check out how to properly log in and reset your password if you have had multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
Log in to your account
You can access your account via the Infobip homepage, or via the Infobip web interface.
You can log in with the username and password you set during the signup or log in through the Single Sign-on option if it is configured for your account.
In case you cannot remember your login credentials, you can use the Forgot your password? to set a new password.
The login page is also a place where you can select the language that you will use in the Infobip web interface to guide you when building and analyzing communication with your users.
You are required to complete a two-factor authentication (2FA) process when logging in from a new device. The 2FA process consists of an OTP/code sent to you via SMS or Email, and you should enter the received OTP/code in the web interface to successfully authorize the login from the device.
After successful authorization, you will no longer be prompted to complete the two-factor authentication on all subsequent logins from the same device. However, if you want to access the web interface from a new/different device, you will once again be prompted to complete the two-factor authentication process.
We have implemented this process to further enhance the security of your account with Infobip and to ensure that access to your account can only come from the devices you've authorized.
Cannot remember your password or you simply want to reset it? There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 – On the login page, click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, and follow the steps.
Option 2 – You can also ask the Admin (the user who has the Account Manager role) to change the password for you. Inside the Infobip web interface, they will select USERS & TEAMS > Users. Once they open the user profile, they can reset the password.
In both scenarios, you will receive an email with the reset password link.
In both scenarios described above, you will receive an email with the reset password link. If all this does not help, please contact your Account Manager (user role) to confirm your username and see if that username has been allowed access to the web portal.
