Access Account

With simplicity in mind, we worked on the basic features that will allow users to effortlessly access their accounts. Check out how to properly log in and how to reset a password after multiple unsuccessful login attempts.

Log in to Your Account

Your account is readily accessible from the Infobip homepage. Log in with the same username and password used during the signup. However, every so often users cannot remember their password, and the Forgot your password feature is there to help you retrieve it.

The login page is also a place where you can select the language to guide you when building and analyzing communication with your users on the Infobip web interface.

Retrieve Password

Cannot remember your password or you simply want to reset it? There are two ways to do this:

1. On the login page, click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, and follow the steps.

2. You can also ask the Admin (the user who has the Account Manager role) to change the password for you. Inside the Infobip web interface, they will select USERS & TEAMS > Users. Once they open the user profile, they can reset the password.

In both scenarios described above, you will receive an email with the reset password link. If all this does not help, please contact your Account Manager (user role) to confirm your username and see if that username has been allowed access to the web portal.
