The session will be led by Josip Antoliš, Senior Principal Engineer at Infobip, and will bring together developers, AI builders, and technology enthusiasts interested in learning how to connect agents built in Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio with Infobip’s communication infrastructure.

“During the session, we’ll introduce the basics of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and explain how it enables AI agents to access external tools and services. We’ll also present our MCP servers and demonstrate how they can be used to equip AI agents with communication capabilities across global channels,” says Antoliš.

What you’ll learn about AI agents and MCP

The webinar’s agenda also includes:

• Introduction to Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio, with an overview of Infobip capabilities

• Walkthrough of Infobip’s MCP servers integrated with Azure

• Live demo scenarios in Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio, including: creating a new agent, connecting it to Infobip MCP servers and executing the agent and reviewing results

The demo will be anchored in Microsoft platforms, with Infobip capabilities presented as integrated extensions within the Azure ecosystem.

Attendees will see how AI agents can be designed to send SMS messages and other communications, enabling use cases ranging from personal AI assistants to scalable customer support and marketing automation.

As part of Microsoft Reactor’s webinar series, which covers Azure and other Microsoft technologies, this session will offer a practical look at how Infobip’s communication tools can help AI agents move beyond conversation and deliver real business outcomes
