After finishing his M.Sc. at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, he started Infobip with a couple of enthusiastic friends sharing the same mindset and passion for technology and innovation within the communications industry. His leadership, fueled with a humble approach and a non-hierarchical work structure of togetherness in building great things, has shaped the Infobip culture and what the company is today. He has an endless passion for reading and loves playing squash and beach volleyball – and is good at it.

Izabel Jelenic Chief Technology Officer

An ever-changing, rewarding job, that allows him to be a developer at times, keeping up with the industry and implementing new solutions on the Infobip platform. When he is taking a break from creating new solutions, he enjoys playing sports with his teammates. Izabel is well known in the company for his competitive spirit in table tennis and the ancient board game Go.

Roberto Kutic Chief Operations Officer

His strength in building teamwork, understanding of global work culture, and business development continues to be instrumental to Infobip’s growth. With an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, he started his international career at Uljanik in Pula, one of Croatia’s largest shipyards. There, he advanced to senior management in the engineering division, supervising global and multidisciplinary projects within engineering, information technologies, organizational improvement, and employee relations.

Ivan Ostojic Chief Business Officer

He is responsible for strengthening Infobip’s critical future and market-shaping functions, such as strategy and strategic project office, marketing, sales, Go-to-Market and business model innovation, partnership and alliances, and strategic M&A. Ivan holds a doctorate in natural sciences from the University of Basel and a master’s degree in management, technology and economics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Yariv Dafna Chief Financial Officer

Yariv holds BA from the college of managment and MBA from Tel Aviv university and he is a certified public accountant. Yariv is a seasoned finance, business management, and operations executive with nearly 20 years’ experience as an executive in multi-national publicly listed companies. Besides his financial background, Yariv also brings extensive experience in corporate development and M&A. Yariv is a father of three and he enjoys basketball and music in his spare time. 

Adrian Benic Chief Product Officer

For him, the success of the product depends on comprehensively understanding the customers and their problems and needs. His main strength is the ability to understand what makes a product great. Disruptive technological innovations are at the heart of his interests, as well as creating a positive impact on the community. Besides reading and researching, he spends much of his free time in the outdoors, exploring nature and visiting new places.

Matija Razem Chief Commercial Telecom Officer

Over the past decade at Infobip, he was responsible for opening new offices worldwide and setting up day-to-day operations and had operational responsibility for Indian, Russian, Chinese, and Italian markets. Today, as the Vice President of Business Development, Matija is in control of developing relationships with Mobile network operators globally, and he oversees a team of telecom experts that work on partnerships with all MNO’s. Matija holds a Master’s degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. He is a big fan of traveling and outdoor sports like mountain biking, skiing, beach volleyball, and rowing.

Veselin Vukovic Chief Alliances Officer

For him, great business partnerships are founded in trust, respect, and transparency. He is working in different areas to identify complementarity and helps to build integration scenarios and business models that lead to joint accomplishments. Veselin holds an MSc in Economics, finance, from the University of Rijeka. For him, quality time spent with his son or family is always valued. He enjoys having a barbecue with friends, playing or watching all kinds of sports, and listening to music. Learning about the world, while traveling and meeting other people and cultures, is something Veselin cherish as a great fortune.

Marin Bezic VP People Operations

Marin is an experienced management consultant with a deep understanding of the sector and expertise in building out bluechip tech organizations. He spent 12 years at Microsoft, where he was central to product development and the force behind Microsoft’s first business intelligence application. After his first eight years of working at the company’s headquarters in Redmont, USA, he moved to Microsoft’s London headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he led the Application Platform business in over one hundred countries. Marin is a father of two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys running and hiking.

Goran Jursic Chief Growth Officer

Thirteen years later, as a Vice President of Business Intelligence, one of his main drives is supporting and helping his colleagues and Infobip partners to achieve their aspirational goals. Goran is passionate about technology, business analysis, and innovations. In his free time, he likes to hang out with colleagues and discovering motorcycle roads during weekends.

Damir Prusac VP Research Alliances

Before joining Infobip, Damir spent his 22-year career at Ericsson, where he gathered rich experience in leading the development of large software systems. Damir has a degree in telecommunications and an MBA from Zagreb, Croatia. As time goes by, the rougher sports he used to partake in are slowly replaced by the occasional seasonal tennis match. He also hopes to pick up his dusty old guitar again someday.

Yuri Fiaschi VP of Strategic Projects & Business Management

With over 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Project Management in companies such as IBM and Spring Mobile Solutions, Yuri also holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in People and Sales Management, obtained at the Harvard University. A pioneer in mobile, he was responsible for implementing the first-ever m-health project in Brazil, working together with carriers to provide broader access to medical services. He is also holding a Latam Board Director position at Mobile Forum. Yuri enjoys spending time traveling and exploring new places with his wife, Ana. He loves fun facts and is passionate about arts, films, and motorsport.
