The Infobip Marketplace ↗ is a catalog of pre-built integrations, plugins, and connectors that let you extend the Infobip platform without building everything from the API up. Whether you're connecting a CRM, setting up an ecommerce notification flow, or plugging in a helpdesk tool, the Marketplace gives you a starting point that's already been tested against Infobip's APIs.

What you'll find

CRM and sales tools — Integrations with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics for syncing contacts and triggering messages from your CRM workflows.
Ecommerce platforms — Plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and cart recovery messages.
Helpdesk and support tools — Connectors for Zendesk, Freshdesk, and similar platforms to route inbound messages into support tickets.
Marketing and automation — Integrations with marketing platforms to coordinate SMS, email, and messaging campaigns alongside your existing tooling.

A description of what the integration does and which Infobip channels it uses
Installation and configuration instructions
Links to the vendor's documentation

Some integrations are maintained by Infobip; others are built and maintained by third-party partners. Check the listing for the publisher and support contact before deploying to production.

Building your own integration

If you need something the Marketplace doesn't cover, you can build directly against the Infobip REST API. For common languages and frameworks, start with an official SDK or client library to skip the boilerplate.
