Registration requirements

This section provides information about the requirements for registering senders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which vary based on whether they are local or international senders. Sender requirements

To register your senders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, please review the following sender requirements and submit the necessary documents based on the origin of the sender's traffic:

  • Generic senders are not allowed.
  • Special characters are not allowed.

Local senders registration

Local sender operates within Bosnia and Herzegovina and targets recipients located within the country.

Make sure to gather the following details as they will be necessary for registering with telco, in addition to the other documents:

  • Use case description
  • Type of traffic
  • Company name
  • Company website

To register your senders, please ensure you submit the following document and correctly complete it:

  1. Legal name of the company, address, and ID number.
  2. Sender names you want to register.
  3. Signature and company stamp.
  4. Location (e.g., name of the city) and the date when the document was issued.

International senders registration

International sender operates outside Bosnia and Herzegovina but the target recipients are located within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

No documents are required when registering international senders, but you will need to provide the following information:

  • Traffic origin
  • Type of traffic
  • Company name
  • Company website

Once all requirements and documents are completed, you can:

  • Direct customers (end customers) - start the Sender ID registration process here (opens in a new tab), and click the Request Sender button under Alphanumeric Sender ID. Provide the necessary details and submit the request.
  • Wholesales/partner - contact [email protected] and your dedicated account manager, and provide the documents along with the required sender information.
