  • What is Infobip Startup Tribe?

    Infobip Startup Tribe is a perks program aiming to empower and support growth-oriented startups looking to launch and effectively manage any aspect of their customer engagement strategy. We are here to provide startups with all the tools, resources and support at our disposal to make sure they succeed in their vision and mission.

  • So you’re an accelerator?

    No, not an accelerator, incubator or fund. We are a perks program created by Infobip.

  • Why did you start this program?

    Because we’ve been there. We went through the nitty-gritty of building and scaling a successful startup and know how hard it can be. With that knowledge we decided to work with startups to help them alleviate some of the pains of growing a successful business. Hence, our perks program.

  • How much equity do you take?

    Zilch, zero, none.

  • Is this offer real?

    Yup. And it’s not even a pyramid scheme.

  • Who is eligible to apply for the program?

    We want to support any startup we can provide value to, regardless of the industry they’re in. Typically, besides not being a current Infobip customer, applicants need to meet at least two of the following criteria to be considered:

    • Demonstrate high growth potential
    • Have no more than 100 employees
    • Have not raised more than $5M insofar
  • Can I apply if I’m not backed by a VC, incubator, or accelerator?

    Absolutely! Our goal is to build a wide-ranging community of startups that benefit from our resources, regardless of their backing. Therefore any startup that meets the above-mentioned criteria can apply.

  • I am an existing customer, do I qualify for the program?

    Existing customers are not eligible for the perks program.
    But if you hit us up and explain your case, maybe we pull a rabbit out of our hat.

  • I’m confused, if I’m approved into your perks program how many credits do I actually get: $10k, $60k or something in between?

    That depends on:

    a) where you’re coming from
    Startups that come directly to us get the initial $10k worth of credits, while startups that come through our partners get double the amount, $20k worth of credits.
    b) degree of scaling your startup achieves
    Startups that have used their initial credits and have scaled rapidly, while in our perks program, become eligible for up to extra $50k worth of credits.

  • What happens if I exceed the available credit?

    Depending on your unique case, you can either top up your account or get a grant for up to extra $50k worth of credits. But no worries, we will contact you once your credit starts running low with further instructions on your options.

  • Do the credits expire?

    Yes, you have one year to spend them from the moment you start spending them.

  • I applied, now what?

    First of all kudos for applying to our perks program. Once you have submitted your application our team will assess it and get back to you in a flash.

  • What do I get if I get accepted?

    • Credits for Infobip solutions ranging anywhere between $10,000 and $60,000
    • Opportunities to showcase and pitch your startup at the Infobip Shift conferences
      around the world
    • Direct access to our partners and advisor investors from the most reputable global and local VC funds and accelerators
  • I am a VC, accelerator, incubator or other startup enabling organisation. How can I get involved?

  • Do you invest in your members?

    Although Infobip did invest in startups that bring us business and strategic value, we generally do not invest. However we’re always open to new ideas and suggestions.
