Connectivity issues
If you cannot connect to any of our IP addresses (opens in a new tab), first check for issues on the networking layer between your terminating equipment and Infobip equipment. Then, do the following:
- Use
ping
andtelnet
commands to assist in this process. - Always perform these actions from the source addresses you use to access Infobip services (IP addresses).
- SMPP addresses do not accept ping commands; use telnet instead.
If the issue is not on the networking layer and you have double-checked your configuration, contact our Support for assistance with your investigation.
