Account access
To access your account:
- Log in to the web interface with a password, a Google or GitHub account, or single sign-on (SSO).
- When you log in from a new device, you also complete a two-factor authentication (2FA) check.
If you do not have an account yet, see Create an account.
Log in with a password, Google, or GitHub
Before you log in, check that the login page is authentic. On the login page, enter your email address or username and your password. If you signed up with your Google or GitHub account, select that account instead.
Log in with single sign-on (SSO)
If SSO is set up for your account, you can log in with it in three ways:
- Open the SSO (SP Initiation) URL created during setup, for example
https://portal.infobip.com/login/saml/contoso/. - Follow the SSO login flow from the login page.
- If your account uses only SSO login and your email address is unique, enter your email address on the regular login page. The login page redirects you to SSO.
To set up SSO for your account, see Configure single sign-on (SSO) in Security settings.
SSO login flow
To log in with SSO from the login page:
- On the login page, select Login with SSO.
- Enter your email address, and select Continue.
- If the web interface asks for it, enter your SP Initiation URL. This step appears when your email address belongs to more than one SSO configuration. For example, if
[email protected]is a user in two accounts that both use SSO, the URL selects the correct configuration. - If your account uses shared SSO, select the account you want from the menu. This step appears only when one SSO configuration covers several accounts, and you have a user in more than one.
- If the SSO group synchronization message appears, select I understand. This message appears only when auto-create groups is on, and your group membership changed in your identity provider.
Complete two-factor authentication
When you log in from a new device, you receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS, Voice, or Email. Enter the OTP in the web interface to authorize the device. The next time you log in from that device, the web interface does not ask you for 2FA.
To choose the channel that delivers your OTP, see Channel selection for 2FA. Your account can also require 2FA on every login.
Reset your password
You can reset your password in two ways. In both cases, you receive an email with a link to set a new password.
- From the login page: Select Forgot your password?, and follow the instructions.
- Through your Account admin: A user with the Account admin role opens your user profile in Account settings > Users, and selects Password reset.
If you still cannot log in, contact your account manager or Support. They can confirm your username and whether your user has access to the web interface.
Verify the login page
Before you enter your credentials, check the following, to avoid phishing sites:
- The domain name: Confirm that the address starts with
https://portal.infobip.com. Look for misspellings such asinf0bip,infoblp, orinfob1p, and for addresses whereinfobip.comis followed by a different domain. - The connection type: The web interface uses HTTPS. A plain HTTP connection is a warning sign.
- The certificate: View the site certificate in your browser, and confirm that it was issued to Infobip.
- The favicon: Ignore it. Any website can show any icon in the browser tab.
