My requests
Overview

My requests

My requests lets you access and track all of the requests your account has submitted for messaging channels and senders. It is helpful for managing sender identities or expanding messaging channel availability, ensuring the approval and provisioning process is transparent and easy to track.

My requests provides a centralized view of the status for:

  • Channel requests - adding or enabling new channels
  • Sender requests - registering and approving alphanumeric senders, phone numbers, or branded sender names

From My Requests, you can submit requests for any channels and senders available in Infobip. When you request access to a channel, this triggers a request procedure for Infobip to provide you with the necessary configuration to align with the needs of your account.

My requests makes it easier and quicker to request a channel or sender, shortening the time to your first message.

Request status is more visible with details on the type of request, who submitted it and when, the target country, and any other information that is needed to complete the request. You receive real-time status notifications about your request so that you know the stage in the process.

You can use the requests over the web interface and over API.
