Payments
Payments is an application which allows you to pay online, create an offer, or check your financial transactions with Infobip.
Prepaid clients can do the following:
- Add funds to the balance using a credit card or PayPal (available payment methods may vary in different regions).
- Ask for an offer and visit your bank to add funds.
- Set and configure automatic payments triggered by a low account balance (automatic payment may not be available in some regions).
- List and review all their transactions with Infobip (offers, invoices, etc.).
Postpaid clients can do the following:
- list and review all their transactions with Infobip (invoices, credit notes, etc.)
Top-Up Your Account Using Payments
Navigate to the Payments app:
- Open the Payments page on the Infobip web interface.
- Click the profile icon on the navigation menu and click Recharge.
In each case, you will need your credentials to log in. The first thing you will see on the Payments homepage will be the list of the most recent transactions and their status.
Click on the documents to see the preview and download the document as a PDF file.
POSTPAID CUSTOMERS
If you are a postpaid customer and you don`t have any invoice from Infobip yet, you will see an empty screen.
If you are prepaid customer, you can easily Add Funds to your balance with a credit card, PayPal, or by requesting an offer and paying it at your bank, offline.
One-Time Payment
A one-time payment is set by default. Available payment methods may vary in different regions.
Choose between the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Wire transfer
NOTE
Depending on the region, we use different payment gateways such as Braintree, PayPal, Paygate, and PayU. Payment flow can be slightly different based on the gateway that has been integrated in the background. We are not storing your card data.
Credit Card
When you want to pay with the credit or debit card (Master, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Visa), enter the amount, currency, and information from your card.
If your card supports 3D Secure, you may be redirected to your bank to enter the token data/credentials. Once the process has been done on the bank's side, you’ll be redirected back to the Infobip Payments page again.
PayPal
When paying over PayPal, provide the amount and currency, and you’ll be redirected to the PayPal page. Once the payment has been made, you will be redirected back to the Payments page.
Wire Transfer
To create an offer for a wire transfer, enter the amount you want to add to your balance, currency, and the bank where you will make the payment.
BILLING ADDRESS
Regardless of the payment method, you’ll need to supply the billing address. The application will show the default address you have in our system.
Automatic Payments
Payment methods for Automatic payments may vary. Automatic payments may not be available in some regions.
If you want to make sure that your account never runs out of money, you can activate and combine two of our Automatic payment functionalities.
Minimum balance recharge works the following way:
- Set the minimum balance amount that will trigger an automatic payment whenever your balance falls below the set minimum
- Set the amount you want to add to your balance
- Set the currency you want to be charged in
When activating this automatic payment option for the first time, or when you edit the refill amount of the already active option, your credit card will not be charged; it will be preauthorized and ready for automatic charging.
When your balance falls below the set minimum, the automatic payment will be triggered, and your credit card will be charged for the amount you specified (+ transaction fee + VAT).
Monthly balance recharge works the following way:
- Set the amount that will trigger an automatic payment on the first day of every month
- Set the currency you want to be charged in
