Moments - Track Events from Specific Messages
Provide a better personalization experience - monitor a person`s interaction with a specific message from an earlier communication. In Flow, use the following elements to specify which message you want to monitor:
Moreover, you can now rename the send elements to easily find the messages.
Please notethat the Evaluate Email Event element is not available in new flows, although it will keep working in the existing ones. The Wait for an Event block serves as a replacement, and it has more advanced features.
