Migrating a 10DLC Number
The options available for 10DLC number and campaign migration largely depend upon your current setup. To determine which process is feasible, you need to provide Infobip with the following information:
Who is your current number provider?
Who is your current connectivity provider?
How have you registered your 10DLC brands and campaigns?
Have you registered them directly with TCR as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP), and then selected a Direct Connect Aggregator (DCA), or does your current provider handle both registration and connectivity?
What is your migration volume:
If your information confirms that 10DLC number porting and migration is feasible, it is performed by the Infobip Support team. You can request number import over the Numbers App by selecting the Long Code and US option.
