Automated Loyalty Program Points

Viber use case - Automated loyalty points - high-level overview

Welcome messages for new members of a loyalty program can stimulate your customers to explore new benefits of purchasing your goods or services as well as share their experience and give feedback.

Use Flow to create, customize, and send welcome messages. Additionally, send automated messages using call API when your customers want to check how many loyalty points they’ve earned so far.

This use case will show you how to create a welcome message for new members of your loyalty club and show them their loyalty points status.
