The advantage of using KakaoTalk through standalone API is that it enables you to have a failover (opens in a new tab) in place if KakaoTalk messages do not reach your customers. You can set up other mobile channels as a fallback option to make sure that important communications are delivered to your customers if the customers are not connected to the internet or do not have the KakaoTalk app installed.

Using the KakaoTalk API (opens in a new tab) solution, you can automate mobile communication through your channels. You can thus create a unique customer experience while reducing costs.
