Test knowledge agent
EARLY ACCESSThere are two ways to test and analyze a knowledge agent:
- Test in Quality center - Upload a
.csvfile with sample questions and check whether the agent responds as expected before going live. Use ground truth evaluation to compare responses against expected answers. Run tests before publishing and after making changes to the agent or its knowledge sources. - Analyze in production - Analyze user traffic to review real user messages and knowledge agent responses. Gain insights into end user interests and identify areas where the agent needs improvement based on actual usage.
