Sender launch
In order to launch and use Sender, you must fill out the questionnaire and submit it for approval. Information asked in questionnaire ensures normal and fair communication towards the end users. Sender approval is done by carriers. It can be approved, or declined with an explanation.
Aggregator is proactively ensuring that brand is confirming sender's validity, and they are aware of it.
Information needed for questionnaire:
- Brand contact - full name, email, and website.
- Point of contact - on Aggregator side. Somebody who should be contacted by the carrier to clarify any information.
- Sender experience - explanation of how the opt in is provided.
- Sender preview - how carrier can access the sender, or video should be provided for opt-out mechanism.
Submit starts the process of Sender being submitted for launch. The review is sent to the carrier.
Once the sender launch is requested, provided information can no longer be modified.
For aggregator, the approval process ends here, while the carrier must approve the sender.
Send traffic
After your Sender has been approved by the carrier, you are now able to send traffic via RBM API. Setup details are shared with you during onboarding process.
