Carriers (RBM)
Carriers web interface enables you to manage brands and senders which send traffic to subscribers on your network. Based on the provided information, you can approve, decline, and suspend Senders.
Sender validation
To approve Sender, navigate to Homepage, and click Senders under Review needed. Alternatively, select Senders in the left side menu.

Select the Sender which needs review. Based on the provided sender information and settings, you can either Approve or Reject the sender via button. Make sure you check recommended guidelines. (link to Sender and Brand guidelines) In a case of approval, everything is set and Sender is ready to use. In a case of rejection, Sender is suspended and you must describe the reason for that action. E.g. opt-in mechanism is not described properly.
Sender suspension
In any time, you have the ability to suspend the active Senders. Use this option when Sender acts against compliance and guidelines, such as creating spam traffic. Or in case you need to block the traffic due to expired commercial agreement. Select Senders → Approved → and click on the Sender you wish to suspend.

Then, click Suspend in the upper right corner, provide valid explanation, and confirm it. Selected Sender is now suspended from sending traffic and can send traffic only to registered test devices. Sending traffic to subscribers in your network is blocked. You also have the ability to unsuspend the Sender in a case when the initial reason for suspension is resolved.
