Logs
If you need information about the status of a single message, you can easily find it under Logs.
Logs support search by text, sender or destination, and also have flexible filtering options - it takes almost no time to trace back the situation, regardless if It’s just for a single case or if it’s a regular job for your customer support call center.
You can search for logs using keywords, and when needed, narrow your search with more filters found on the left-hand side. Filters that are available are:
- Date range

Custom date

Find messages only with exact match

Status (delivered, pending, rejected, undeliverable, expired)

Accounts
-
Users
-
Channels (inbound and outbound)
-
Destination
-
Sender
-
Message ID
-
Specific communication
After you have found the logs you need, you can either expand and see the details of a certain log card, or easily export them to look into the details. The export button can be found on the upper right-hand side.
