Enable Shortening in Answers
To enable URL shortening, create a new chatbot in Answers, and populate all of the standard fields (Name, Channel, Sender, Language). URL shortening is currently only available for WhatsApp over Answers. Make sure to select WhatsApp as your channel.
You can then enable URL shortening and tracking options for the chatbot under chatbot Settings. Enabling tracking will automatically enable URL shortening. However, the long URL will be reflected in reporting.
Note that shortened URLs are only shown live on user devices and will wont show up in previews or chat simulations.
