The X concept is designed to enable platforms to integrate our customer engagement solutions, such as Conversations, Answers, and Moments, with minimal effort, making it easier to scale.
Customer engagement with X is not a new product but an enhanced platform that is more scalable and modular for diverse customer needs.
It is fully aligned with the CPaaS X concept, and follows the same setup principles:
- A platform operates with a single account, managing all its clients independently via API.
- Applications and entities can be created and assigned to API keys just as they are in CPaaS X, either through:
