To manage profiles with X, use Embeddable Moments.
You can do the following:
- Associate each person profile with an application and entity.
- Filter person profiles based on applications and entities.

Each flow has a specific CPaaS X identity (application and entity). When a flow generates messages, it uses this applicationId and entityId.
Important
To insert profiles that are associated with a defined application and entity, you cannot use the People API. To insert such profiles, contact your Infobip account manager.
An end user can have multiple profiles that have the same phone number but a different application and entity.
