Our international and multicultural People Operations team is a champion of Infobip culture and our goal is to attract, recruit and develop the very best talents in their field and ensure they’re highly engaged, satisfied and constantly challenged. BP is an individual contributor role with direct reporting line towards People Operations Manager. A person in this role has designated stakeholders he/she is supporting in all HR related matters while on the other hand POP Business Partners are leading projects that should boost organizational efficiency and solve challenges that are set as a priority in their designated area of the organization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Project management and leadership on identified POP initiatives on the level of the team (identification, leadership, organization and results delivery on the milestones and project goals in line with defined deadlines)
Project implementation on the level of the team and monitoring efficiency of newly defined processes
Reporting efficiency through timely and accurate update of main stakeholders
Focusing on employee retention, turnover of identified top performers in their region, segment or product area and efficiency in offboarding low performers from the organization
Top talent acquisition and managing employee engagement initiatives for dedicated departments
Effective implementation of performance management programs
Employee satisfaction for dedicated departments
More about you:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in human resources working with performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, recruitment, and other HR processes. You are a master of your work.
- Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- You have excellent organizational skills.
- You have flexibility and willingness to challenge organizational culture when necessary.
- You are a proficient user of both written and spoken English.
- You are a person with integrity.
- You are easily approachable.
